Monthly Day Pass Terms & Conditions

1. Access Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2. Pass Holder Eligibility

• Each Monthly Day Pass is registered to one (1) named individual and is strictly non-transferable.
• One (1) Monthly Day Pass is issued per registered pass holder.

3. Court Access

• Court availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. A Monthly Day Pass does not guarantee a specific court or time slot.
• Pass holders may drop in as many times as they wish during the valid access window within the membership period.
• Vision Badminton reserves the right to limit court time per session during high-traffic periods to ensure fair access for all pass holders.

4. Check-In Procedure

• The Monthly Day Pass must be presented at check-in for every visit. No pass, no entry.
• Pass holders must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
• The Monthly Day Pass is non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the registered pass holder.

5. Validity & Renewal

• The Monthly Day Pass is valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase.
• Pass holders must renew on or before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access.

6. Equipment

• The Monthly Day Pass does not include equipment rental. Rackets and shuttlecocks are available for rent or purchase separately.

7. Conduct & Facility Rules

• Pass holders are expected to follow all facility rules, court etiquette, and staff instructions at all times.
• Vision Badminton reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Monthly Day Pass without refund for violations of facility rules, disruptive behaviour, misuse of the pass, or fraudulent activity.

8. Agreement

By purchasing a Monthly Day Pass, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
